The internship program is a unique opportunity for high achieving undergraduate students to get directly involved in an organization on the front lines of eliminating educational inequity in Sierra Leone, while building their own professional skill sets. Interns commit to working 8-12 weeks between the months of March and September of 2021 in Freetown, Sierra Leone, during which they are embedded in a particular functional team of staff and work to support specific projects based on need. The internship program is an unpaid opportunity to gain professional experience in a fast-paced, high-impact organization while making a direct impact on the lives of disadvantaged children in Sierra Leone.
